CWG is open to exploring partnership opportunities. Are you an individual with a strong construction background possessing a desire to build structures that embrace both their occupants and the land on which they are part of? Do you yearn to do so in a more sustainable style than is typically practiced? Do you believe that together we could accomplish what we can not, or might not alone? Do you have the resources to undertake custom residential projects (and potentially light commercial) both large and small, or posses the ability to assemble those necessary resources? Are you respected by your piers, maintaining positive working relationships with those around you? Are you a licensed architect, or architectural school graduate? Do you thrive on a team oriented approach wherein every person involved in a project knows and accepts their roll as important; an environment where collaboration prevails yet everyone holds herself accountable for ones own actions; an environment where everyone focuses on performing their roll to the best of their abilities but is always conscious of how their part relates to the whole and is willing to tailor their method of contribution to facilitate improved performance from teammates.
If much of what is written above applies to you I suggest that we speak with each other at some point.
"At present I envision growing CWG into an employee owned cooperative with many employee owners. I believe the cooperative business model can provide a working environment that nourishes its participants in ways more humanly relevant than numbers ($$$$$$'s) alone. To be part of something that is driven by and dependant upon a diverse group of individuals with varying talents and interests could be truly uplifting. I hope it happens."--Bronson Koterwas |
